Motivation Booster
“There’s too much to do”, “I can’t be bothered”, “I’ll do that later, when I feel like it”. Sound familiar? This workshop aims to help you learn more about how we can build motivation and put of procrastination!

The talk is for anyone aged 18+ that is interested in learning more about wellbeing.
This talk will be facilitated by Take Time To Talk, a free and confidential NHS service in Kensington and Chelsea, and Kensington and Chelsea Mind).
