About the service


Take Time to Talk is a free and confidential NHS service for people aged 18 and over who are registered with a GP in Kensington & Chelsea, Queens Park and Paddington. We provide a range of psychological therapies and support to help you feel better if you’re anxious, depressed, stressed or worried. On this website you can find out more about self referral and the therapies we offer. The easiest way to access the service is to self refer.

Self Refer

Self referral is where you sign up to receive the help and support you want and need. You can sign up by filling in and submitting an Self referral form. For more information on self referral, please see our self referral page.

You can speak to your GP about your needs first if you prefer. They can then refer you to the service, although sending us your form via the website is the quickest and most direct way to self refer.

To self refer to this service you must be registered with a GP in the Kensington and Chelsea, Queen’s Park or Paddington area.
